Haute Yoga Palm Springs sessions are taught in a safe, clear, accessible way to maximize benefits and promote long lasting results.
With over 20 years of active teaching experience and over 30 years of personal practice/life experience in the field, we support the practitioner with appropriate postures, modifications and support.
Available in Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree, CA.

What We Offer:
Vinyasa/Gentle/Mellow Yoga/Bikram/Yin/Guided Meditation...the time is NOW
We come to you and provide 45 minute to 90 minute yoga lessons.
Stiff? Intimidated? We are here to demystify yoga and teach you how to properly do yoga poses and why.
All levels of experience are accommodated.
We believe every breath, move and thought are balanced and enhanced by yoga practice.
Practice circulates and opens energy channels that support and allow the best of you and your intentions to flourish.
Simply put, yoga delivers!
All gear is supplied for the session; quality Manduka yoga mats and yoga blocks, blankets and towels for hot yoga reservations.
Bikram yoga and heated vinyasa lessons are available by appointment in Palm Springs.
Joshua Tree appointments are available for all levels, special events and private sessions.

With over 20 years of teaching and management experience intitiating at Bikram Yoga Lower East Side in 2004, I taught and trained throughout NYC, The Hamptons, LA, Australia and the Coachella Valley. I consult existing and emerging yoga and wellness studios and centers.

The Homestead ER
A Sancuary for your spirit
The Homestead ER is a charming 1950's vintage cabin retreat in Joshua Tree available for 1, 2 or 7 day retreats.
All retreats include daily yoga and guided meditation practice .
Light organic breakfast is provided in the cabin.
Options to add:
- Lunch after yoga amidst the boulders in the park.
- Tour of local art studios and installations.
Organic coffee, tea and condiments are supplied in the cabin.
Basic retreat price per night including accommodation:
Single occupancy basic package (daily) - $275
